Cyncly partnered with Candyspace to spearhead this transformation, leveraging our expertise in digital product development. Our core objective was to transform the website into a primary sales tool, enhancing customer experience to convert visits into measurable revenue.


From a technical standpoint, we manage the stability and performance of Cyncly’s primary platforms on Optimizely DXP. However, our primary strategic focus is ongoing optimisation: we lead Cyncly's entire web experimentation programme, utilising continuous testing to drive growth and refine the user journey.

Team structure and deliverables

To deliver this transformation, Candyspace deployed a cross-functional agile sprint team, embedding engineers, QA, UX/UI designers and optimisation managers directly into the project lifecycle. This configuration ensured that strategic ideation was perfectly aligned with technical delivery.


Key deliverables included the creation of a Customer Intent Framework, which dissected the B2B journey into Discovery, Consideration, Evaluation and Conversion stages to inform design strategy. We also implemented an innovative AI-driven localisation solution, significantly reducing translation costs and empowering internal teams to scale content efficiently. 


On the front end, we crafted high-impact features such as dynamic product cards and sticky "Request a Demo" CTAs, supported by a scalable Design System.
