##### **We’re thrilled to announce that Candyspace has been awarded Highly Commended in the Corporate Social Responsibility category at the 2024 Drum Awards.**

Diversity and inclusion is at the heart of what makes Candyspace thrive. Our vision is to create digital products that are loved by everyone, and we can only do that if those products are informed by a diverse range of ideas, perspectives, backgrounds and experiences.

We have company-wide commitments to diversity and inclusion, with three central initiatives - [Women in Technology](https://insights.candyspace.com/our-women-in-tech-achievements?_gl=1*1vybn9*_gcl_au*MTI0NzAxMjg5OC4xNzI0MzE3MzQ4*_ga*NDcyOTQ1MDA0LjE3MjQzMTczNDc.*_ga_H9EXSYMS0W*MTczMTY3MzE0NS4xMzEuMS4xNzMxNjczMTUyLjUzLjAuMA..), [Social Inclusion](https://www.candyspace.com/social-inclusion) and [Diversity in recruitment](https://www.candyspace.com/diversity-in-our-recruitment) - and partnerships with two charities.

Our Now+Next initiative, in partnership with Founders4Schools aims to address the gender imbalance in the digital and technology sector. Now+Next aims to inspire young women through understanding possibilities, providing connections and gaining experience in data, design and technology by providing regular events, mentorships and work experience placements.

We also place a strong focus on providing career opportunities regardless of social, educational and financial backgrounds. To deliver this, we’ve partnered with Drive Forward Foundation, a charity which provides young adults leaving foster and residential care with exciting and sustainable employment opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.

The Drum Awards celebrates excellence from businesses around the world. We’re proud to have our work recognised for such a prestigious award.
